Orders and Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from the time your order is processed. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Creating an account is easy. Simply click on “My Account” at the top right of the website. Enter your desired username and password, then click “Login” — your account will be created instantly. Once logged in, you can view orders, manage details, and track your purchases.

To update your shipping address, go to the “My Account” section of the website. Click on “Addresses”, where you can add a new address or edit your existing shipping details. Make sure to save your changes before placing your next order.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

You have 21 days from the date of purchase or receipt to return your item for an exchange or refund. All returns must be in unused condition, with the original packaging undamaged. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or arrange the exchange.
